How we get your order to you.
Shopinn delivers across Kenya. Delivery is available to home and business addresses, and you can also choose to collect your order from one of our pickup stations where available.
Once your order is confirmed and paid for, the seller prepares your items. Where fulfilment is handled by Shopinn logistics, our agents collect the items, consolidate orders from multiple sellers where needed, and a rider delivers them to your chosen address.
Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the seller's processing time:
Timelines are estimates and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Your delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size of your order, and is shown clearly before you pay. Some orders may qualify for free or discounted delivery — any such offer is displayed at checkout.
You can follow your order's progress at any time from your Orders page. We also send you updates as your order moves through processing, dispatch, and delivery. On delivery, you confirm receipt with a one-time code shared with the rider or presented at the pickup station.
