1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Shopinn ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Shopinn website.

By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.

3. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary.
You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside.

4. Products

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors.

5. Purchases and Payment

We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, M-Pesa, PayPal. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site.

6. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

6.1 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please go to your Orders page or contact our support team immediately. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but it may be returned in accordance with our Return Policy.

6.2 Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items.

6.3 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (e.g., M-Pesa reversal) within 5-10 business days.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site.
